Pilot — platform foundation active; brand generation not yet active

Build your brand
under governance.

Bobby Brand is being built to create, organise, approve, maintain and monitor complete brand systems. The platform foundation is active; customer brand generation, checkout, billing, crawling, integrations, API, MCP and Autopilot are not yet active.

A logo is one part of a brand. The intended product produces the whole system: the strategy, the language, the visual rules, the assets and the governance around them.

What is actually working today

Authentication, profiles, role tables, workspace authority foundations, audit/security records, feature flags, /account, /console and /admin boundaries exist for P2A verification. Customer brand generation, checkout, billing, AI, crawling, integrations, API, MCP and Autopilot are not operational.

One brand system. Every asset. Always current.

01

Complete brand books

Planned customer workflow: strategy, naming, tone of voice, logo system, icons, colour, typography, imagery, social, email, covers and product UI — one structured source of truth.

02

Five genuinely distinct directions

Planned generation standard: not five colour variations. Each direction differs in positioning, symbol, wordmark, colour logic, typography, motion, voice and intended emotional response.

03

New brand or brand upgrade

Planned modes: start from an idea, or evolve an existing brand with evolutionary directions and revolutionary concepts that preserve what already works.

04

Approval you control

Planned review flow: compare, comment, request corrections, select one direction and approve explicitly. Rejected directions are kept as evidence, never silently deleted.

05

Yours after completion

Planned delivery model: the completed brand book stays in your workspace — versions, assets, tokens, terminology and audit history. No membership needed to keep it.

06

Built for AI and APIs

The approved Bobby Brand system is structured for future API and MCP access. Those endpoints are planned, not operational.

The governed workflow

Planned end-to-end flow. Progress is always shown from recorded workflow states — never from invented percentages.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Guided intake, or authorised analysis of your existing website and materials.

  2. 02

    Directions

Five distinct complete directions — or five evolutionary plus two revolutionary logo concepts.

  3. 03

    Review & refine

Compare, comment, request corrections, select one direction, then refine only that one.

  4. 04

    Approve & maintain

Explicit versioned approval, initial asset package, then governed optimisation over time.

Bobby Brand’s own direction

Archived refinement evidence →

Brand Beam is the selected creative direction and R1 — True Aperture is the selected canonical construction, with micro R1 as its responsive derivative below 32 px. R2 and R3 were reviewed and rejected, as were directions B and C; all four are kept as immutable decision evidence, not as active options. Version 1.0.0 is Product Owner approved, published and in use as the active production identity; no Platform Owner database role has been provisioned.

R1 · selected canonical construction

R1 — True aperture

Keeps the P1B circular container. The ring is a perfect circle; beams are optically centred rather than mathematically centred.

R2 · rejected — archived evidence

R2 — Squircle carrier

Replaces the circle with a superellipse container, matching app-icon geometry so the mark and the app icon are the same object.

R3 · rejected — archived evidence

R3 — Open beam

Drops the closed container entirely: two arc fragments imply the aperture while the beam passes through unobstructed.

Rejected directions B and C, and rejected refinements R2 and R3 — archived evidence →

After completion

Planned after completion: keep managing your brand yourself, or ask Bobby Brand to optimise it with Bobby Credits. Autopilot is not operational yet; when implemented, it must prepare proposals only and never silently change an approved brand, publish a version or update your website.
